Project: Shoppes of Broadview
Location: 2800 S. 17th Avenue, Broadview, IL
This retail center will be located across from the signalized entrance of the 750,000 square-foot Broadview Square Shopping center, which is anchored by Super Target, Home Depot, Marshalls, Walgreens, McDonald's and a variety of other retailers. The Shoppes of Broadview is planned to include several restaurants, retail uses and a bank with drive-through lanes. Retail tenants are expected to open during the first quarter, 2009.
Project: Shoppes on Meacham
Location: 1400 N. Meacham Road, Schaumburg, IL
The Shoppes on Meacham is located on the high traffic thoroughfare of Meacham Rd., one signal north of Golf Rd. Lead tenants include Noodles & Company and FedEx Kinko’s, with an end-cap position planned for a bank with three drive-through lanes.
